Ashley was so kind and sympathetic when I called in about experiencing tinnitus. When I met Patricia, she listened to everything I had to say and we figured out how to try to help me. I went thinking (hoping) I had built up ear wax and that this would be the solution, but my ear was clear. She gave me a hearing test after that to check on things (hearing loss runs in my family) and she was super thorough and kind going over the results.
